Using a popular Dutch children’s candy, I recreate the shape of the old logo from the Royal Dutch Shell film unit—which produced audiovisual content to promote the oil industry in Venezuela and attract skilled workers to the country. During the exhibition, the colored, flavored sugar melts and runs down the gallery wall and floor.
